Pain—emotional, physical, and even spiritual pain, is a natural part of human experience but getting stuck in that pain is not. If you are looking for a therapist, it is most likely because you need support and new information to get unstuck, to connect, to heal, or to just get your groove back on. I have training and experience, but you are the expert on you—you are already a human doing the best you can. Let’s see
